Welcome to Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC (“Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking services, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC provides residential and light commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Recurring cleaning services

Service availability may vary by location and scheduling capacity

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, email, social media, or other approved communication channels.

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and property information
  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled appointment time
  • Notify us of any special instructions, pets, hazards, or sensitive areas prior to service

If cleaners are unable to access the property within a reasonable amount of time, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment and Credit Card Authorization

Pricing is based on several factors, including:

  • Property size
  • Condition of the property
  • Type of cleaning requested
  • Frequency of service
  • Additional add-on services

Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided at booking.

To secure a booking, a valid credit card must be maintained on file. Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC does not charge your card until the service is completed. However, a pre-authorization hold may be placed on the card 24 hours before the service to ensure funds are available. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, electronic payments, and other methods communicated by Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC.

Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change.

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for:

  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Lockouts or inability to access the property
  • Excessive repeated rescheduling

Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC also reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, illness, staffing limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service. We may, at our discretion, offer a touch-up or reasonable resolution.

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Permanent stains or buildup
  • Conditions beyond normal cleaning scope
  • Areas not included in the original service agreement
6. Biohazards and Safety Conditions

For the safety of our staff, we do not clean human or animal waste, including feces, urine, vomit, or blood. We also do not clean heavy mold, insect or rodent infestations, or hoarding-level clutter.

If our cleaners encounter these conditions, they are instructed to skip the affected area or leave the premises. In such cases, the full service fee remains applicable.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment.

Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations involving:

  • Unsafe conditions
  • Aggressive pets
  • Hazardous materials
  • Biohazards
  • Infestations
  • Illegal activity
  • Excessive clutter that prevents safe cleaning

Clients should secure valuables, cash, jewelry, and sensitive items before service appointments.

7. Damages & Liability

Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC strives to provide professional, high-quality service.

If accidental damage occurs during cleaning, clients must notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improperly installed fixtures or unstable items
  • Items not secured appropriately
  • Loss of cash, jewelry, or valuables left unsecured

Any liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning service.

8. Use of Independent Contractors

Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC may utilize employees, contractors, or subcontractors to perform cleaning services.

All service providers are expected to uphold Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC standards of professionalism and quality.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of Bright Nest Home Cleaning LLC unless otherwise stated
